Firstly, thank you for your interest in my services.
Secondly, allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Maria and I am qualified in dog psychology, behaviour and training. I am also a communication coach - specialised in brand communication and team leadership and growth.
Being born and raised in a family of remarkable dog breeders, trainers and judges I have had the opportunity of becoming proficient in nutrition, health, psychology, behaviour and training.
Even though specialised in breeds like German Shepherds, Jack Russell Terriers and Labradors our kennel made room for many other individuals of different breeds and circumstances, offering me the chance to discover and accumulate knowledge about the evolution and development of a dog from their first days of life to adulthood.
By the daily practice of caring for, educating and supervising dogs I was, therefore, able to gain a complete and extensive hands-on experience (more than 16 years) that now helps me understand exactly what makes a dog tick.
In addition to my vast experience I thought it essential to keep myself informed and up to date and obtain qualification in animal care and psychology.
All of the knowledge and experience gained has proven to me, over and over again, that, just like people, dogs are individuals with diverse and complex characteristics. Their inborn and acquired attributes have contributed to creating unique personality that comes to light brightest when exposed by their attitude.

As a “dog whisperer”, I believe that, when it comes to creating a loving and respectful relationship with your dog, best results can be obtained when understanding the very cause of their behaviour – much deeper than just the symptoms shown. As a psychologist and behaviourist, I understand the root of their actions so that I can then further apply, as a trainer, the personalised and correct training techniques.
This approach shortens the training time, cements the assimilated knowledge and provides long- term results, while building a solid, loving and unique bond between the dog and the pet-parent.

Understanding your dog best starts with an evaluation, preferably completed at home - in the most comfortable and loving environment known, and continues with a couple of observational and bond-creating sessions. All training sessions can then develop in a nurturing and positive manner according to the personalised training program chosen.

Any training session will end with a brief " understanding & assignment " follow-up that guides you in regards to individual further approach and all training programs will normally end with pet-parent training – observation and practice.
That is why you will be happy to know that, after fully developing my dog speaking abilities, I went on developing my verbal communication skills – specialising in teaching, team training & growth, marketing & sales. The experience captured by teaching and managing large intercultural teams now helps me in conveying the right message in very different circumstances.

Each training program is customised based on the desired outcome and the existing conditions (age, breed, sedimented habits, individual issues, difficulty level of the task at hand). All training cycles are based on the development and sedimentation of the correct obedience behaviours and comprised on individual 1 on 1 sessions.
To support long- term results, the recommended training programs of 10 sessions or 5 sessions (2 - 3 sessions / week) come with an ADDED EVALUATION DISCOUNT and FREE BONUS INFO FLASHES.
During the evaluation the final decisions regarding the training program, the schedule and the price can be made and the following steps can be decided.
